(Dan Tri) – Temporarily ignoring supercars and high-end sports cars, the Vietnamese auto market has and is about to welcome a series of new factors in popular, more `affordable` segments.
Mitsubishi Xpander Cross 2023
In the last days of February, the Japanese auto brand officially introduced the Xpander Cross 2023, ready for customers to experience this March.

Mitsubishi Xpander Cross 2023 has dimensions of length x width x height of 4,595 x 1,790 x 1,750 (mm), with a wheelbase of 2,775mm.
A notable new feature on the exterior is the addition of a gray color option, in addition to 3 options of orange – black (two-tone combination), white, and black.

The interior of the Xpander Cross 2023 has a more modern design than the old version, with a new four-spoke steering wheel similar to the Pajero Sport model;
The 9-inch central entertainment screen is located on the dashboard and supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity.
Regarding safety technology, this MPV hybrid SUV model has an active cornering control system (Active Yaw Control), the feature of automatically turning on and off headlights, adjusting the height of headlights and automatic wipers.
The car still uses a naturally aspirated gasoline engine, 1.5L capacity, giving a maximum capacity of 104 horsepower and maximum torque of 141Nm, combined with a 4-speed automatic transmission.
Ford Ranger Raptor 2023
According to some sources, the Ranger Raptor 2023 model will launch in the Vietnamese market this March.
In fact, some dealers have started accepting deposits since February to reserve seats for early car deliveries.

The 2023 Ford Ranger Raptor coming to Vietnam will still use a 2.0L bi-turbo engine with 213 horsepower and 500Nm of torque, combined with a 10-speed automatic transmission.
One notable point is that the Ranger Raptor variant will have a higher on-road cost than the regular Ranger because it is classified as a passenger car instead of a pickup truck.
In terms of appearance, the Ranger Raptor’s most obvious differences are the large Ford-lettered grille, front and rear bumpers and expanded wheel fenders, creating a more aggressive look for the vehicle.
Toyota Vios 2023
In just one month, a strange Toyota has appeared twice on the streets of Vietnam, making many people suspect that it is the new Vios that will be launched this March.
A special point is that the car said to be Vios 2023 about to launch in Vietnam does not look like the new generation already present in other Southeast Asian markets such as Thailand, Indonesia or Laos.

The new generation of Vios has been launched in the international market with a square appearance and closer to the Camry.

The car uses a 1.5L engine with 105 horsepower and 138Nm of torque, combined with a D-CVT continuously variable transmission like the Veloz Cross.
