`I’m not overweight like many people think. I live and eat very simply. I only like to eat boiled tofu dipped in salt, sometimes I eat it all day long. I don’t exercise at all, I enjoy it at times.`

People’s Artist Quoc Anh said that in the film he plays Mr. Han, a very new character to him.
`I am familiar with the roles of the cruel, greedy, and scheming Mr. Phu and Truong Ly. Mr. Han in the New Year’s Feast is also like that, but towards the end of the film, he realizes his mistakes.
It was the good will that saved Mr. Han’s character, making him from being hated to being loved and respected.
The male artist further shared: `I make Tet comedies not for salary but for fun. When I’m over 60, there’s no point in making a lot of money. I like to make films with humanistic meaning,
People’s Artist Minh Hang really enjoyed playing the role of Mrs. Ca in the movie New Year’s Eve Party.
`Mrs. Ca is a practicing person, specializing in doing good deeds, in contrast to the cold and greedy Mr. Han. Although Mrs. Ca has little acting space, when she appears, she is very `expensive`, People’s Artist Minh Hang shared.
Participating in a folk comedy for the first time, Meritorious Artist Minh Phuong expressed her joy because `the script is good and very humane and good`.
