(Dan Tri) – Genuine dealers have no products, causing the selling price of the Yamaha PG-1 model at private establishments to `escalate`.
The Yamaha PG-1’s scarcity continues to have a strong impact on the actual selling price of this naked underbone model on the market.
A dealer in Hanoi quoted PG-1 prices up to 40 million VND for sand brown and yellow – black colors, which is nearly 30% more expensive than the listed price.
Meanwhile, a week ago, most private motorbike dealers often quoted a general price of 35-36 million VND.

At genuine dealers, the Yamaha PG-1 is still offered for sale at a listed price of 31 million VND (with 10% VAT) but no delivery date has been set.
`When I asked the company, I only knew that the car wouldn’t be available until next year. It’s not clear when. But I don’t understand why private dealers still have cars coming in continuously to sell,` said Mr. Xuan Son, a Hanoi customer.
With the above difference, the Yamaha PG-1 is one of the most expensive motorbike models on the market, in terms of ratio to vehicle value.
Faced with this situation, some common users who received PG-1 from the first batch also offered to sell it to make money on the difference.

Yamaha PG-1 has an off-road `travel` design similar to Honda’s CT series.
Meanwhile, PG-1 is assembled in Vietnam so it has a cheap price, thereby partly creating the current `fever`.
In addition to the Honda CT125, another option with the same design as the Yamaha PG-1 being sold on the market is the Honda Cross Cub 110. The car is imported completely from China by a private dealer, priced at 65 million VND and
